Passed the test
Some weeks I had my check-up. In The Netherlands the periodical check is called the APK, I have to have every other year APK. It is an approval to drive legal on the road. They check some basic safety issues and emissions. Of course I do not have any concern as my maintenance is in good hands. I enjoyed my check-up, and with my 40 years the checks are not so strict. My yellow older brother is exempted from the periodical check because he is over 50, I have then 4 APK’s to go. It were some good days in the hands of a professional mechanic. It reassured my healthy feeling. And as a good gentleman I was brought home after the check-up, which doctor is doing that nowadays for his patients??? I like him!
Any way I look very much forward to some better weather to go on holiday. I am almost holiday ready, technically I am ok, the only thing left is the installation of the curtains, repair of the water tap and bring the camping equipment inside. Probably Timmy will do plenty of things to make me more beautiful and make his camping life more glamping, the luxury variant of camping. I am honored that he thinks of me as glamping material as a 40 year old basic air-cooled VW.
