Resting day
Today I had a rest and Timmy went for a hike. Only 12km and only to 710 meter altitude and he was complaining about the slope. Probably he forgot about yesterday, so we can conclude I am in a better shape then he is.
He saw on the hike some relative of me, the VW Kubel. Quite rare and even more rare with Italian plate, quite far away from here, Roma. Furthermore Timmy was probably was eating and drinking, that is what he has done this vacation all the time.
I for sure like touring in this area, it are challenging roads and amazing sceneries. Also I get a lot of attention here, which is good for my ego. I don’t want to go back. Anyway good that we return on weekdays so we can go between trucks. Anyway we will do it in three days and visit nice places but still it is a long distance we have to cover.
Tomorrow morning we load up and then head back in the direction of The Netherlands. We then have to leave this beautiful piece of Italy.
