Alfisti sanctuary
The clover four leaves are of course referring to Alfa Romeo, the car brand originating from Milano. The clover four called in Italy quadrifoglio, and was used for the racing activities of Alfa.

So today we drove to Arese, via the SS36, a road with a lot of tunnels, basically spending more time in a tunnel than in the open air until Lecco, after that not much tunnels. We passed Seregno, a place were Timmy lived.
Italians drive a little crazy from my point of view. Going slow and then going fast, they are not so focused on the driving part I guess. So many times I was on the left lane overtaking. The Italians make me drive a little more sporty.
I received a quadrifoglio as a gift. Of course it is not that I am an Italian sports car all of a sudden. Alfa Romeo had also flat four engines but those were water cooled. It is a good luck charm. And it did not stay on the engine cover, it is now on the dashboard.

Anyway it was an impressive museum with an impressive history of the brand. Alfa’s are the more beautiful friends but sometimes they only think about looks and forget the durability or quality.
On the way back we hit the Milano traffic jam, so it took us a little longer to get back. Again many people looking at us and even a special greeting from Lamborghini by some backfire noise, that is like sneezing for cars. If I do it there is something wrong but for sports cars it is ok.
Tomorrow weekend begins so it will be very busy around the lake, so far no plans yet.
